I bought a cheaper older car that was more than 10 years old, but Matthew treated the car and myself the same as he would treat a buyer of an expensive much newer car. His level of service was exemplary, in an industry where such service is a rare find. The car condition was accurately described, this in itself was remarkable. What Matthew never knew was that I am extremely fussy and I scrutinised each photo and word of the description long before contacting him. I usually spend at least 30-40 minutes inspecting a used vehicle prior to purchase, but such was my confidence in Matthew, thanks in part to the extremely clear photographs of the car and the detailed service history along with Matthews transparent honesty that this was reduced to a simple walk around and short test drive. I have now driven the car 100 miles and inspected it in detail and this only confirms the car to be an absolute gem. I'd highly recommend Matthew and Absolute Autos to any buyer of a used car at any price point, the experience of being treated as a valued customer and without any of the usual car trader jargon and deception was refreshing and frankly a real surprise. I should add that I have owned over 100 cars in my lifetime, sometime my driveway has 5 cars at a time including rare and luxury cars, it's somewhat ironic that I find such quality of service when buying a cheap runaround to teach my son to drive.

Matthew at Authentic Autos was very friendly and honest about the Volvo 760 I purchased. He comes across as a person that really loves cars and has a pride in the cars he has for sale. On my initial phone call he described the Volvo's good and bad points, which proved to be 100% accurate on viewing. I was delayed completing the purchase due to Vrt concerns on my behalf. He was patient and helpful replying to emails and supplying any information needed. I'd have no hesitation recommending Authentic Autos to any Friends or Family.
