No pressure to buy and very helpful in covering the history of the car. After agreeing the price, facilitated collection of the car outside normal business to suit me. Viewing after office hours wasn't a problem, the car was kept inside and was dry and immaculately clean so I could get a good look around it in out of the rain, and located just a few minutes outside Lisburn, I was able to get a good test drive without being stuck in traffic the whole time. No complaints here.

Authentic Autos is a very appropriate name for Matt's operation. I spotted a particularly special car he was selling so called him and left a message. He immediately called back and we had a very useful and full chat about the car. After some consideration, a further chat, and reviewing the detailed photos, I decided to go ahead with the purchase without seeing the car. Matt offered to arrange shipping which was done to suit me, and he kept me informed every step of the way. Upon its arrival, I was exceedingly satisfied that Matt had been utterly honest in his description. The car was superb in every way as he had said. It's always a bit nerve-wracking buying a car, and especially buying unseen. However, I am utterly satisfied and would have no hesitation in recommending Matt and Authentic Autos to anyone. Sold my car to Matthew following several dispiriting conversations with main dealers. The discussion regarding valuation was open and balanced and a price was quickly agreed. When I handed the car over funds were transferred into my account immediately, and I even got a lift to the train station! Thank you Matthew. A great experience.

Matthew was recommended to me by my son when I was selling my Mazda CX3 recently and I was absolutely delighted with the whole experience from start to finish. As well as achieving a higher price for the car than I had been offered from Main Dealers, Matthew was extremely courteous to deal with. He made the whole process so easy for me, including kindly arranging the transfer of my private reg. to my new car. Spent a long time looking online for a good estate car. I came across Authentic Autos and Matthew and he was an absolute gent! He knew the car inside and out (Skoda) and told me additional information that I did not know about the car but was very helpful. He was very flexible, courteous and professional throughout. There is a lot of people in the car industry that are hard to trust but Matthew is someone you can go to. Thank you so much Matthew, it was a pleasure to buy a car off you.
